Prior to joining Platinum, I had just finished my second year in business and had broken the six figure mark. But, I was working around the clock, seven days a week. I was just exhausted and afraid of becoming burnt out and knew there had to be a better way to run the business.

I really didn’t have a personal life. There just wasn’t enough time for it. I have a wonderful boyfriend and friends and family, so I started looking for a better way.

I have an MBA and fifteen years of marketing experience. Coming into the Winners Academy I was learning everything that I wish I had learned in business school. It was a great present with this big red bow.  The program gave me so much opportunity and accountability and now I’m able to implement. So, for me, I’m working on increasing my revenue this year by fifty percent.

I had done a poor job of setting boundaries in the past, but to be honest, I didn’t know the right way to do that. Now, I’ve completely restructured the way that I work with my clients, and that has allowed for me to have a mutually beneficial arrangement with my clients. That’s one of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned from the Winners Academy to date, which is how to be very clear and to set boundaries. It’s how I confidently raised my rates.

My vision is to have a thriving fully-staffed agency, a great physical office. I’m starting to look for office space. I have the tools to get there now.

The Winners Academy coaching program has been amazing. It’s a great feeling to just know that you’re surrounded by people that understand you and they share in your struggles. It’s a great place to say, “I’m stuck. I don’t know how to do something,” and to have people be so willing to share with you what their practice is. That to me is invaluable. Within my second year of the Diamond program, I was at the point where my business was pretty awesome. People said, “Why would you want more?” Then I heard Fabienne saying, “It’s time to step up. Play a bigger game.“

I had always worked with coaches and I knew I needed that support. With Fabienne and Derek, I knew I would get the marketing and tactical “know-how” that Derek offers and the visionary and mindset expertise that Fabienne delivers.

In our first year with Client Attraction, we broke the million dollar mark. I had been earning $300,000 or so, so this was a big step. I made back my return on investment within a month. In a day-long strategy meeting, we can plan full product launches and I save all my questions for that special time together. I also take that time away to get clear on my vision. They help open the doors and show me the blind spots in my thinking. It’s always tempting to think: “I’ve got it now” but I like the support a coach can give. I am committed to serving my clients and in order to give them the highest level of service, I need to have the support of a team like this.

Christine Gallagher of ShesGotClients.com shares her experience as a Platinum Mastermind client in the Client Attraction Winners Academy.

“Before I worked with Fabienne I was not delegating enough, tied to my laptop and doing everything myself. Because I was trying to do it all – I was controlling so much in my business and it was limiting my growth. For example, when my husband got home, I would shut down my laptop so we could eat dinner. Afterwards, I’d go back to the laptop again all night working away. Lastly, I would take my iPhone and bring it to bed and continue working. My husband was supportive of my business, but he was like, “Come on. You have to draw the line. This is crazy.”

I attended the Client Attraction Workshop and before I knew it I was in the hot seat with Fabienne learning her strategy to close the sale 97% of the time. Based on that experience, I was literally selling myself on the fact that I need help and knew Fabienne was the one. Essentially, I agreed to the Platinum Mastermind program right there on stage!

In the first 43 days since joining, I made my whole investment back, plus $4,000. That’s huge! People have said when you invest in yourself, you step it up and really rock it – it is so true. It’s been a really heart-warming week, starting with a FULL DAY in-person meeting with my new Diamond level client Heather Dominick. Last year, I had the pleasure of working with her twice at the Sapphire level where we took Heather just shy of the million-dollar mark…and she’s back for more, having just upgraded to the highest level of access and mentorship, the Diamond program. Our day of mentoring was outstanding and she received so much sophisticated marketing strategy and big vision from both Derek and me. Next came the Bonus Day for some of my Winners Academy clients, a day we affectionately call “Fabienne Unplugged”. It was held at the Yacht Club, on a beautiful sunny day and we created many, many breakthroughs together…truly amazing.

And finally, yesterday, I had the pleasure of hosting my new Sapphire level client Tara Marino of Elegant Femme. Tara and her husband Dave flew in from France for our half-day strategy meeting and we mapped out a plan to easily triple her income— in the next six months, well exceeding her existing goals (and she’s already got a really good business and income, so it’s going to be fun.) Keep an eye on Tara…She’s going places quickly, and although she creates similar strategies with her own clients, she recognizes that we cannot always do it for ourselves, just as we can’t give ourselves a really good haircut. We ALL must get very high-level mentoring if we want to grow quickly and gracefully. We’ll post a video of us recapping our day on the Winners Academy siteshortly.

Wow, what a great week with my Winners Academy clients. I adore each and every one of them and am THRILLED with their big breakthroughs and successes. We kicked off the week with our Gold Mastermind Meeting, with close to 100 yummy “Goldies” who came into Stamford for two full days of how to get more clients, make a lot more and implement 10x more than they typically implement. And of course, we had a blast celebrating at our Beach Party on Monday night. We enjoyed a New England clambake, danced the limbo and toasted each other with Sea Breeze cocktails. Oh, how I love my Goldies!

Next up was our Platinum Mastermind Retreat at the Stamford Yacht Club where we covered How to Clone Yourself through Technology. We welcomed several new “Plats” into this amazing group and Wednesday evening we celebrated with a sunset cocktail and hors d’oeuvres reception down by the water. I’m so proud of this group and all that they are accomplishing in their businesses. Finally, today, I’ll be spending the day with second year Diamond Client, Christine Kane. She broke 7-figures with me last year, and she’s back to increase that this year! This week was a blast. We all had a great day at the yacht club where I hosted my VIP students for a “Bonus Day” we affectionately call, “Fabienne Unplugged”, a bonus given to those who took immediate action in registering for my recent Get More Clients workshop. She’s a busy woman, running several businesses, works with her amazing husband and a full staff (did I mention she has a newborn too?) She’s got it all, and yet, for her to multiply her current empire into the multi 7-figures, we needed to focus on shifting the infrastructure of the organization and her role in her businesses.
