The Platinum Mastermind is designed to give you, the established business owner in need of leverage, the specific curriculum and techniques you need to get out from under the overwhelm that comes with having a lot of clients and not enough time. • Four 2-Day Live Retreats with Fabienne and Derek for Continuous Learning, Best Practices, Coaching, Marketing Training and Masterminding. The meetings, all held at the Stamford Yacht Club, are designed to focus on high-growth strategies in all areas of your business. These retreats allow direct access and lots of time for individual coaching and Q&A, as well as hot-seats and marketing makeovers, ‘best practices’ presentations from Fabienne and Derek and the other Platinum members, including dedicated masterminding time on your specific needs. The networking opportunities and close friendships you form with your fellow “Plats” are priceless and the daily accountability you receive helps you quickly implement the lessons and get fast results to grow your business AND your income. We also focus on having fun! The festive wine and cheese reception on the first night of each live retreat fosters lifelong relationships with these high-achievers and allows you to spend even more quality time up-close-and-personal with Fabienne and Derek.
• One 60-Minute Intensive Strategy Session with Fabienne. You will have a one-on-one 60-minute strategy call with Fabienne to jump into action with dedicated time and focus for your marketing, systems, overall business planning and to get clarity so you have specific goals and direction for the coming 12 months. This will jumpstart your program and set you up for a successful experience.
• One Online Marketing Assessment / Website Makeover with Derek. At any point during your program year, you may ask Derek to conduct a website makeover or online marketing assessment for your business. Done over recorded video so you can share it with your technology team, Derek will evaluate your primary website and help you determine the strength of its lead capture, online marketing, sales conversion, social media, search engine optimization, etc. This value-packed website makeover will give you practical steps you’ll then take to increase your reach, build your list, attract more ideal clients and make more money using a more strategic online presence.
• Weekly Group Laser Coaching / Q&A Calls with Fabienne and Derek. Each week, you will join Fabienne and Derek for laser coaching sessions. These small group calls are designed to give you the personalized direction you need as you are leveraging your business, as well as receiving and providing input from the group and getting all your questions answered. The calls are intimate enough to foster strong connection with your peers, and big enough to ensure you get the resources and connections you need. You’ll get dedicated focus time, strategy and clarity from both Fabienne and Derek (your coaching with Fabienne and Derek alternates every other week, one week Fabienne, the next Derek, etc.) to get you quickly to the next level in your business, marketing or systems. Please note: there are no calls in August or December as this is your time to catch up on unfinished assignments, plan ahead and take time off.
• Bi-Weekly Best Practices Classes (24 In Total, Plus Transcripts, and Assignments.) To fully leverage you and scale your business using tools, team and technology, we meet with you every 2 weeks or so to teach you system strategies that will have you automate, delegate and systematize your business, so you work less and make more. Imagine being shown exactly what to do to completely systematize your business, how to do it and in what order to do it in, while modeling specific examples proven to work. Each class builds upon the previous ones and lessons are typically 15-30 minutes in length (short enough to easily fit into your schedule, and enough time to give you the precise specifics, so you implement quickly and don’t feel overwhelmed.) Here’s a sample of what we cover in our Platinum curriculum throughout the year: setting up systems in every part of your business; how to focus on your unique brilliance and delegate everything else; passive and leveraged-income business models; using technology to clone you; building your list; online selling; building the right team; hiring best practices; the essential elements of automated marketing sequences; streamlining processes; advanced client management; online lead generation; productivity, etc.
• Daily Accountability. As an entrepreneur, it’s easy to get distracted and just as important to finish what you start by completing the assignments and implementing the resources that will create leverage in your business. Without implementation, things simply stay the same as they are now. To keep you on track, you will be invited to select a Daily Accountability Buddy at each live retreat to speak to once a day for 5 minutes, hold each other accountable on your assignments and make sure you did what you said you’d do. This level of support creates exceptional results. Additionally, each weekday, you’ll receive a Daily Accountability reminder from Client Attraction to prompt you to focus on what matters most for reaching your stated goals, help you clarify your priorities for the day and get into serious action to create outstanding results.
• Bonuses and Additional Access. There are many other bonuses, including recordings and transcripts of all group calls, the option to include your spouse/partner in all of the live meetings for a one-time small administrative fee; full access to the Gold Mastermind program (including all curriculum AND the 3 live Gold meetings, but not including month private coaching), no-charge tuition to the 3-day Client Attraction events, as well as private access and pricing for additional VIP Private Coaching Days with Fabienne or Derek.
