And there they sit calling me each time I look at my shelf. So instead of trying to come up with one more great idea again - I am going to finish the 5 or so that I have already!! Thank you Fabienne for reminding me that its not that I have to keep doing more BUT, finish what I started!! I had the idea of starting my new website to pass on all the ideas that I had learnt from you and other mentors to other coaches after using it on my own business. I had the idea almost 2 years ago but I was getting in my own way, "maybe I'm not good enought" etc. It wasn't until I came to your coaching intesive this year when you booted me into action, that I did anything about it. I'm getting much better at #3 and am valuing my expertise much more than I used to but #1 is my biggest obstacle... I was floored that these are the EXACT same reasons I keep coming up with! I’m getting much better at #3 and am valuing my expertise much more than I used to but #1 is my biggest obstacle…

I just need to make that decision that I WILL have the time to implement and the “how” will manifest itself.
